A Key Facts Sheet is designed to help you calculate the true cost of a home loan. Key Facts Sheets only apply to principal and interest loans (not interest-only or line of credit type loans).
To use the calculator, select a loan, adjust the sliders that will appear and click ‘View Results’. All the details of your loan, including interest rate, repayments and fees are then shown on the screen.
