To ensure you can take advantage of all the features available in internet banking, and to protect yourself online, please ensure you regularly update your operating system and browser. Some browser issues may be caused by the browser itself. For optimal viewing and security we recommend that you keep your browser up to date with the latest version.

In addition to installing critical system updates, you should also ensure that you stay current with critical security updates available for your chosen web browser. c) the account name of the recipient does not form part of your payment instructions. We will not use or check the account name information in making the payment. The Credit Union and other receiving instructions only process payments using BSB and/or account number details

It is your responsibility to make sure that the recipient's account number and BSB number are correct. The Credit Union will not be liable for payments made in accordance with details provided by you where incorrect details have been entered. If you discover that the account you told us to make payment to was incorrect you should contact us immediately.
