You acknowledge and agree that:
a) we have the right to deny authorisation for any EFT transaction for any reason and
b) we will not be liable to you or any other person for any loss or damage which you or such other person may suffer as a result of our refusal
c) the account name of the recipient does not form part of your payment instructions. We will not use or check the account name information in making the payment. The Credit Union and other receiving instructions only process payments using BSB and/or account number details
It is your responsibility to make sure that the recipient's account number and BSB number are correct. The Credit Union will not be liable for payments made in accordance with details provided by you where incorrect details have been entered. If you discover that the account you told us to make payment to was incorrect you should contact us immediately.
