Resolving Problems

If you are dissatisfied for some reason about a service you receive or any product you may have with us, we would like to know. We will do our absolute best to ensure we achieve a resolution that you are happy with. We will address your complaint in a prompt manner and try to resolve the issue immediately on receipt of the complaint. If it is a more complicated matter, it may take longer to investigate. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact our external dispute resolution service the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) free of charge. We will provide you with information on how to access this scheme.
