Having trouble accessing internet banking?

Attention: open in a new window. Print

If you are having trouble accessing Internet Banking, you may be running Internet Explorer with a version older than V9.

Warwick Credit Union is committed to ensuring your security is protected when accessing our Internet banking.

Due to on-going security updates, our Internet Banking will no longer be able to support customers who run Windows XP with Internet Explorer versions older than version 9.

What should you do if you are running Windows XP with Internet Explorer versions older than V9?  You will need to update your computer to be able to continue to use our internet banking.  By installing and using the Google Chrome browser you will be able to continue accessing internet banking from Windows XP - however this is only a short term work around.  The link to download Chrome is https://www.google.com.au/intl/en/chrome/browser/desktop/index.html

Please be advised that any software you install is at your own risk.

The following link provides detail around the Microsoft announcement for the end of support for Windows XP - which officially ended on 8 April 2014.  https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/WindowsForBusiness/end-of-xp-support

If you have followed these steps and are still experiencing problems launching Internet Banking, please contact us.
